    Hello,
I have created a shipping zone w/ roughly 40 zipcodes in WV, but the checkout page/cart is not recognizing that zone, or any other zones that I have created. It just keeps saying “Customer matched “Domestic”” whenever I try to do a test buy. Domestic is my zone that refers to the whole US.

I am physically in CA and using a WV address for checkout, to test the zone. I have tried different “Default Customer Locations”, those being No Location by Default, Shop Base Address, and Geolocate.

I am very new to this so please dumb down any responses lol.

    Hi there!

Please send over screenshots of your list of shipping zones under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping, as well as the settings for your WV shipping zone with the zipcodes added. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply here.

Also, please send a screenshot of your current settings under WooCommerce > Settings > General.

Finally, please send the shipping address you are testing with at Checkout, and a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.

Hi, sorry! It’s been a while. I ended up figuring it out. I needed to rearrange the order of my zones ??
