WooCommerce Shipping Zones tab is not Working

    I have to try WooCommerce > Settings > shipping tab open but this tab is not open
    because I got the error for Secure Connection Failed https://prntscr.com/lnitd0

    I have tried to all plugin deactivate and woocommerce plugin is updated and WordPress is also latest and a theme is WordPress lest theme Twenty Seventeen
