Are you referring to this PopularFX plugin: https://popularfx.com/plugin/? It’s part of the PopularFX: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/popularfx/ theme.

It seems like this plugin/theme controlled your site’s appearance. Your site’s appearance changed once you deleted it. If you install the plugin again, you should be able to restore your site’s appearance.

You could also try installing the Storefront theme to see if that works: https://woocommerce.com/Storefront/. It’s made by the WooCommerce developers and should work correctly.

If not, I recommend asking at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/ so the WooCommerce developers and support community can help you with this.
