Woocommerce Shop Archive Sidebar not shown

    Hey guys,

    since a few weeks we can’t change the sidebar
    for our Woocommerce product archive anymore.

    -Main sidebar is replaceable.
    -I configured the shop sidebar to be shown on product_cat and product_cat archives.
    -I tried deactivating possible conflict plugins.
    -When trying the same for the start page archive it works.

    Hope you are doing well!

    Please let us know more information. From Appearance > Widget, when a sidebar that is placed to be viewed on “Product Archives”, is the sidebar location can’t be changed from the settings shown below?

    Or the widgets in the sidebar can’t be changed:

    If the sidebar is deleted and new sidebar created, can it be placed to be shown on a “Product Archives” page?

    Hi Nastia,

    I cannot choose “Product Archives”, but “Product_cat Archives” & “Product_tag Archives”.
    If I choose those the sidebar won’t show up on my WooCommerce Frontend Shop page.
    I tried all the other options too.

    May this be the cause?

    The widgets in the sidebar can be changed.

    It does not work on a newly created sidebar too.

    I’m sorry to hear about those issues with our plugin. Can you confirm that you are having the same problem as described here:

    I cannot choose “Product Archives”, but “Product_cat Archives” & “Product_tag Archives”.

    If the issue on your site is not exactly the same, please create separate ticket per forum rules.
