Woocommerce shop has broken pages

Hi there,

It sounds like there might be plugin/theme conflict. To check for that, are you still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default Twenty Seventeen theme?

The Shop page in the Dashboard is supposed to be empty. It doesn’t even need a shortcode on it.

Categories and products are added by WooCommerce automatically when a user loads the page.

Please post the url to your site so we can see the front end of the shop.

this is the other problem when i tried to update the template files of woocommerce

Your theme is version 3.2.3 and you running WooCommerce 3.4.3, but theme version 3.3.0 is needed to run that version of WooCommerce. See the changelog:

So you need to update your theme. There may be further problems but that would be the next step.

I’m looking at:

The image of the blurred red shopping bag with the words “Shoppy Store” is a default Shoppy Store image. I would expect there to be a setting to change it in Appearance > Customize.

www.ads-software.com forum members don’t have access to commercial themes, so if you can’t find the setting for it, you’ll need to ask the theme vendor’s support service.

Otherwise the page looks OK?

You shouldn’t need to update template files – that might not have helped.

i also have problem with the backend of the woocommerce store all pages>shop
i cannot customized the header and footer of shop page,

The stuff in the “Page Metabox” is coming from your theme, not from WooCommerce, so you’ll need to ask your theme vendor about it.

If you click the Custom Logo > Remove image button, will that get rid of the blurred red shopping bag?

the only problem is the backend page of the shop

On the backend page of the shop, I can see the styles are wrong in the “Page Metabox”. I’m thinking its a theme issue unless you have a plugin that’s doing it. What I can say is that its not a WooCommerce metabox. If you can find out where its coming from that would help you know where to ask. If you temporarily switch themes, does the “Page Metabox” disappear?
