Woocommerce Shop Page issue

    The problem is that I have a block with 2 photos on the Shop edit page in WordPress, but when I update it is not showing on the Shop page of the site. What is showing on the website page is a photo, with link, that I did previously, before I had a 504 error message, and which now seems to be stuck there…
    What I see on the live Shop page, it is not showing on the edit page, so i cannot remove it. I even tried to remove the Shop page completely, and then recreate it using you feature on the plug in.
    The site is hosted on IONOS and they thinks that it is possibly an issue with the Woocommerce plug in, but they obviously cannot help.

    I am using Astra free theme. I am not a web designer, and any help would be really appreciated, as I am now stuck, and I do not want to spend time adding products, if then I have to remove the page and start again.

    Hi Alberto @alb673,

    I’ve reviewed your shop page and I found a Wood Products (4) image and link which goes to the Wood Products category.

    To learn more about this issue, can you please share a screenshot of the edit page on your shop page? As well as your settings in WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Shop Pages.

    Since you mention you’re using Astra, please also share a screenshot of your Appearance → Customizer → WooCommerce → Product Catalog.

    Thank you for the update. I reviewed your site for slate products, and I see you only have four published products, the ones in the wood products category. Can you please try publishing at least one product for the Slate Products category?

    For the text description, I see for some reason it’s misisng in your site, here’s a test on my site using Astra, and your site, side to side, as you can see on your site the woocommerce products header is empty: https://prnt.sc/N2oq4GOQ-JUS.

    However, this is a third party theme (meaning it’s not developed by us), and thus this is beyond our support scope. In this case I can recommend you to reach out to Astra directly. You can do that here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/astra/.

    Hi Omar, Thanks for the message and link.
    I have added a couple of coasters, and now it is showing up on the site, although it is still different from what i see in the shop edit page…
    I will ask for some advice at the link provided.
