WooCommerce shop page showing blank

    A week ago our shop page went blank and it is not showing products nor any element we have added in the page.
    We have tried all the things we can to solve the problem, use a default theme, deactivate all the plugins and look for an incompatibility, update plugins and WordPress, try older versions of the plugin, change the shop page from WooCommerce settings, scan the page looking for malware, …
    Still the problem remains.
    The problem started some days after we started using the plugin WooLabel, which we already eliminated, but the problem didn’t disappear.
    Now we changed the page we show the users so they can keep using the shop and added a redirection, but we would like to know the reason of the problem and how to solve it correctly.

    Firstly, I apologize for the delayed response.

    I tried to access the link above, however, I am redirected to the new page: https://ultra-lab.net/tienda-tecnologias-creativas/. If you could please activate it so that we could check this further? Then, please change the Shop page to the new page under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > General > Shop Page so that your shop page can still be accessible by your customers.

    Meanwhile, I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    I have deactivated the redirection of the page so you can access. The shop page is the one of the link I reported. The redirection to the other page was in place so customers wouldn’t end up in an empty page.

    Hi!

    Sorry for the delay.
    We have updated the WooCommerce database and fixed de memory problem as you said. Still the problem keeps appearing every time we try to establish our actual Shop page as the Shop page in WooCommerce. It goes blank and every content in it dissappears.

    I believe this is the redirection since your Shop page is set to https://ultra-lab.net/tienda/, correct?

    Again, I cannot access the https://ultra-lab.net/tienda/ page, hence, I was not able to check the issue further.

    Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

    If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    We already tried deactivating every plugin and the problem persists. And the redirection plugin we only started using it after the problem appeared to avoid users going to a blank page.
