WooCommerce shop page with categories

I’m using the Sydney theme and have installed WooCommerce. I’ve added products and they are showing up on the shop page I’ve created. However, I would like more flexibility in displaying this shop page. Primarily I want to be able to label products by Category.

What’s the best/easiest way to do this?
