Woocommerce shop – TypeError: e[t] is undefined

    I have no idea what’s happened – my shop was working fine, assuming it’s something to do with the Woocommerce latest update but the products aren’t loading on the shop page.

    The categories are loading fine and I can click on each and it will take me to the product which I can then add to the cart but can’t get them to display as the product grid on the shop page.

    I’ve tried switching plugins on an off, have tried restoring from a back up from 8th June but the problem still exists.

    I’m technologically challenged but pretty good at following instructions if anyone can advise what to try. Have posted below what the page debugging screen gives me.

    Just to add – it’s working fine when I browse the shop on Chrome on my Samsung phone

    Hi there,

    I looked at your Shop on Chrome/ Macbook and the products seem to show up fine: https://d.pr/i/IXsbB8

    If you don’t see the products on some browsers then there might be a conflict issue happening. I’d recommend the steps in this documentation to troubleshoot: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    @thup90 thanks so much for helping me out. I was able to check on a Mac at home and also working fine on Firefox. The issue seems to be Firefox on a PC.

    I’ll run through the testing for conflicts doc.

    Thanks for checking in – I was remote working on the Mac and back in the office today. The issue was a Firefox/PC conflict and an upgrade to the latest version of Firefox resolved the issue.
