Woocommerce Shopping cart% Discount

Hello,

I am recently facing an issue with my woocommerce coupons. When i install another plugin “Woocommerce Smart Coupons” then the “% cart Discount” stops working. So here is the scenario of exactly what happens:

Example:
Coupon Code : GIVE100P (Gives 100% discount on cart)
If a user buy a product worth 200 INR it gives 100% discount as expected but when i activate Smart Coupons Plugin, it gives a discount of of 100 INR instead of 100%. So, what could be the exact issue and how can we resolve this?
