    Hi there, @gooalgenie !
I hope you are having a great day!

Thank you very much for your kind words regarding the plugin.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re encountering an issue with shortcodes. I’ll be happy to look into and investigate it.

Unfortunately, according to the WordPress forum guidelines, I’m not allowed to contact you over at your email address.

Could you possibly let me know which specific shortcode isn’t working and from which plugin is it associated with?

I’ll be looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Nahid

    Hi there, @gooalgenie !
I hope you are doing well today!

Thank you for sharing the details. I tried to replicate the issue on a test site of mine but I was unable to see any errors. I added the exact same shortcode that you mentioned in your previous response and this is what I see on the custom BuddyPress profile tab: https://take.ms/eLu8HK (screenshot).

Could you please try flushing permalinks by going to your WordPress Dashboard->Settings->Permalinks and hitting “Save Changes”?

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, as I cannot replicate the issue on a fresh site, there’s a high possibility that a different plugin or the theme is/are conflicting and causing the issue. In this scenario, I’d recommend that you run a full plugin/theme conflict test on the site to make sure none of them is conflicting and thus causing the issue. The basic concept is to simply deactivate all plugins except BuddyPress, Custom Profile Menu for BuddyPress, and WooCommerce, switch to a default WordPress theme and see if the issue still exists. If it doesn’t, try activating everything one by one and see activating which brings back the issue.

I hope this helps. I’ll be looking forward to hearing back from you. Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Nahid
