Woocommerce shortcode generator button missing from TinyMCE after 2.2.2 upgrade

I can confirm this issue using WC 2.2.2 on a clean install of WP 4.0 with no other plugins running and a default theme. I am not sure if it’s the new WC or new WP core. Hopefully it gets noticed and resolved in a future update.

It’s not an issue, it was removed on purpose because it was little used and now it’s an new plugin.
