Woocommerce shortcode not working in mobile due to oceanwp settings

The customizer will not manage your manual or custom shortcodes. The customizer only can work inner features of the theme.

You can use the responsive option for elementor, add another section with a different manual shortcode and enable it only for mobile. For more information about the responsive options on Elementor, please follow this link: https://elementor.com/help/mobile-editing/.

Another option is using custom CSS for it.
You can learn how to use Chrome Developer Tools or Firefox Developer Tools to help you see and test changes to your CSS:

And for responsive sizes, put your CSS on custom screen size:

Or use between sizes:

}
