Woocommerce SORT BY isnt ADA compliant?

So we got hit with a lawsuit about our website not being ADA compliant for the blind. Yes, we are being taken to court.

So as i glace over our website, i do see some areas that are not ADA compliant right out-of-the-box with WordPress, mostly with woocommerce.

– Woocommerce “sort by” function on a category page is missing a form label

– Woocommerce LeftNav “Refine by” on a category page is missing form labels

Does anyone know where in the backend PHP pages i can go to modify these things? I know how to manipulate them in the functions.php pages…..but i dont see where i can add the missing alt tags, titles, labels, etc to these features.

any ideas?
