You would need to customise:
wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/loop/orderby.php

If your theme has already customised this file, it will be at:
wp-content/themes/my-theme-name/woocommerce/loop/orderby.php

Your customised file would need to go in a child theme so its not overwritten by woocommerce or theme updates.

PHP skills will be needed.
