Hello, I am a dropshipper. I have a subscription with Spocket, but here is the thing: In Spocket’s dashboard, under “settings”>>”Store” I get the message that my shop has not been connected with this account yet. I have already asked the support team there, they said to me to reconnect my shop as I have done, I even recorded the whole process, and sent them the video. They told me that they have to investigate further, and they prompted me to ask the Woocommerce support too. So here I am.. Thanks in advance for any help or advice on this matter.
