WooCommerce Square Plugin disconnecting

Can you let us know more about this behavior? Does it happen every 30 or 45 days? The Square token should last for 30 days plus 15 days grace period. The refresh connection should take care of this, so you don’t have to, though. After reconnecting manually, it works without issues, correct?

The error message you shared mentions WPForms. Can you share an uncropped screenshot of your failed scheduled actions where the wc_square_refresh_connection action is shown to learn more?

Thank you for the quick response. It has happened only twice, so I can’t say for sure on the frequency. It does work without issues once we reconnect manually.

Our site also uses WPForms and WPForms Square plugin.

You can try to install?this plugin as?it can report some common cron issues so you will get some information about any failed cron jobs.

The other option is to have a staging site with all your plugins activated, leaving out the WPForms plugin to see if the issue will be replicated.
