woocommerce start sale date

Now the programmed promotion does not work at all, dont update, being listed as having the same value as the normal value, but seeing the detail there is the promotion, but this is not “triggered”.

Admittedly, I am not sure if you are referring to the sale price, or the scheduled date not working as it should.

With that said, could you please link us to one such product that exhibits the issue? Alternatively, a screenshot or a video that can show us where things are not working would be helpful too.

Ok. I’ll send to you later a picture or a video. It’s tbe schedule sale don’t work. Didn’t start when it should. For example i test it this night at midnight and didn’t work. In details all is ok, dates and values but don’t start. When i list products, the values for regular and sale price is the same, who isn’t right.

for example link for a product with problem https://webuildweb.pt/artcore/?product=organic-handpicked-coffee. I have that product in admin in sale, with different values, but appears in frontend with the same price.
I have another issue with another installation that, after configure the schedule sale, when date “sale from” arrive the date disapears from backend, which prevent use of that date in frontend, near the product info.

I’m continuing testing this featute, and now when i configure a end date to stop sale price, and return to regular price, the price don’t change and don’t stop schedule sale. The feature of schedule sale it’s not working at all.
