    Hey,

we noticed when using this Plugin that the Status-Meta-Box on the Dashboard vanishes and turns into “Setup-Woocommerce”. I disabled this Plugin and now the Status-Meta-Box has been returned

That’s probably a Bug or is there a fix for it?

    Greetings

    Petschko

PS: This issue appeared when updated to the newest Version, before it worked great

    Hi @petschko

As I was unable to replicate this issue in my test environment, could you send me the following?

Please show me a screenshot showing your configuration of Disable WooCommerce Bloat.

Please send me your WooCommerce system status.
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/understanding-the-woocommerce-system-status-report/

This could be related to a bug in WooCommerce core: 30347 and 30661. Disabling WC Admin also removes the WooCommerce Status dashboard widget.

Same here. After updating to WC 5.7.1 and 2.6.1 a setup box was displayed instead of the status box. I clicked through the setup wizard and after that it was gone. But the status box is still gone too. When I disable WC Bloat plugin the status box is back again.

I have a second site with WC, Disable WC Bloat and Stripe. I updated to all the latest version and the WC status box is there. I don’t know why it works on one site and it doesn’t on the other one.

Still broken for me too, just displaying the setup box on the latest version of this plugin and woocommerce, if i disable this plugin the status box is displayed correctly again

@ospiotr: I can give you access to my test site to investigate the issue. Just provide me with an email address.

I’m pretty sure this can’t be fixed via this plugin, as it is an issue with WC core that removes the Status widget when WC Admin is disabled. We’ll need a fix via issue 30347 if so.

@pipdig: Thing is that I have a working install with WC 5.7.1 and Disable WooCommerce Bloat 2.6.1. And the WC Status Meta Box is definitely there. I have another one with a bigger store and the same plugins but WC Status Meta Box is missing.

Just upgraded to WC 5.8.0. Issue persists.

WooCommerce Status Meta Box not showing …

Cannot redeclare wc_admin_url() (previously declared in wp-content/plugins/disable-dashboard-for-woocommerce/disable-dashboard-for-woocommerce.php:329) /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/woocommerce-admin/includes/core-functions.php, line number 37)

If you solve the problem, I will buy coffee ??

    Regards E.T.

    Hey guys!
I found a solution to my problem and want to share it with you. Maybe it helps.
The WooCommerce Status Meta Box was not showing on the latest versions of WC and Disable WC Bloat. So what I did:

    1. Disable WC Bloat
    2. Revert to WC 5.6.1
    3. The Setup Wizard showed up on the dashboard
    4. Klick through the WC Setup Wizard dismissing all options
    5. Revert to Disable WC Bloat 2.5.2
    6. Check and save settings in Disable WC Bloat 2.5.2
    7. The WooCommerce Status Meta Box is back on the dashboard
    8. Update WC to the latest version
    9. Update Disable WC Bloat to the latest version

Now everything works fine again. Hope it helps!

    Dear @pipdig @fluiddesk

The problem with WooCommerce Dashboard Setup Widget should now be fixed. Please update the plugin to the latest version – 2.6.3.

Also, please remember to enable (at least for a second) an option Disable WooCommerce Admin in main plugin settings.

    Good evening,

I have exactly the same problem ! The meta box no longer shows on the dashboard, I have a “finished setting it up” button on woocommerce products! I can’t solve the problem.
