WooCommerce Status not updated

    I just did a major update to a site I am managing which included updating WordPress from an old version to 6.0.2 and woocommerce also from an old version to the current one. The Product Sales Report under WooCommerce works correctly and is showing all of the sales but on the Dashboard when you scroll all the way down to WooCommerce Status there are no sales shown at all. How can I get this WooCommerce Status to reflect the actual sales from the site?

    I understand that the actual sales are not displaying on your site.

    I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
