WooCommerce Status Widget Doesn’t Show Net Sales
-
Hi Team,
I have noticed from past week that the Status widget shows zero net sales.

What could be causing this?
Thanks!

Hi @d88pak,
Thank you for reaching out.
If I understand you correctly, you’re facing trouble with your Net Sales showing 0 sales, yet you’ve made sales, is that correct?
This is quite unusual, however, could you please try the following steps and let us know if this makes any difference:
- Navigate to?Analytics?→?Settings, scroll down to?Date type?, and select?Date Created?on the dropdown:
- Navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Tools, and click on?Clear Analytics Cache
- Import Historical Data
Let us know how this goes.
Hi @ckadenge ,
I have followed the process you have mentioned but I didn’t see any changes.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks!
Hey @d88pak ,
Thanks for giving that a shot! Do the other stats within the widget (i.e. Total Sales, Orders, Products Sold etc.) update correctly? Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end?
Also, if you click on Net Sales, when redirected, does the?Analytics → Revenue?page show the correct data for the monthly net sales, or is this also not updating as expected?
Sometimes, caching plugins can cause some data not to update. Please try purging your cache and see if this makes any difference. If that doesn’t do the trick, can you please share the following:
- System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?
Get system report
?and then?Copy for Support
. - Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.
- Console errors:?Please share any errors you may see when inspecting the console on the WooCommerce →?Home page.
You can read more about using your browser console to identify errors here.
Cheers!
I have checked the steps you mentioned. Widget doesn’t seem to show accurate result. We have made far more sales than that till now.

Also when clicking on net sale shows empty sales on analytics

I am using Litespeed cache, Redis Object Cache plus Cloudflare tiered cache and cache reserve service.
Let me check the cache plugins and get back to you with the system report. Thanks!
Hello Deepak,
Thank you for your reply.
This is indeed unusual behavior.
Please go ahead and purge the cache plugins or temporarily deactivate them.
Let me know if that has any effect on the sales data.Once I have System Status Report, I will be in a better position to assist you further.
Looking forward to your response. ??
Hi @doublezed2
Here is the system status report: https://pastebin.com/xzvf3i8g
Hello Deepak,
Thank you for your reply.
To confirm, have you cleared the analytics cache by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and running the Clear Analytics Cache tool? After that, did you try reimporting historical data?
Please ensure you’ve also tested these steps with other plugins disabled.
Additionally, check WooCommerce > System Status > Logs for any error messages.Let me know how it goes. I will be happy to assist you further. ??
Best regards.
Hi @doublezed2
Yes, I have followed the steps but it didn’t change the result. However, I haven’t repeated the step with all the plugins disabled. Let me check that and inform you.
Thanks!
Hey @d88pak ,
Sounds like a plan!
Please let us know how this goes, and if the issue is still present, please share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs, as well as any errors you may see when inspecting the console on the?WooCommerce →?Home?page. ??
Cheers!
Hi Team,
After a long troubleshoot, I figured out the problem. It has nothing to do with WooCommerce or WordPress but my Cloudflare WAF blocking rule.
Improper WAF rule is blocking the access to certain URLs
Once the WAF rules are set properly, all is working fine. However, I must have lost some analytics data on the process from past few days.
Sorry for the trouble and Thanks a lot for the suggestions!
