Unfortunately, WooCommerce doesn’t provide a built-in feature to view or export your shop’s stock/inventory on a specific past date. WooCommerce only allows you to view and export the current stock status.
However, you can consider using a third-party plugin that provides inventory management features, or you may check with your hosting provider if they have a backup of your site from that specific date. You could then potentially restore your site to that backup in a staging environment to view your inventory levels at that time.
Please note that the latter option should be done with caution and ideally with the assistance of a web professional, as restoring backups can potentially lead to data loss if not done correctly.
