Looking at the shared screenshot, it is possible there might be a conflict between your Stripe plugin and another plugin or theme on your site.

This is a common cause for such issues. I recommend temporarily deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront) to see if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved, you can reactivate each plugin one by one to identify which is causing the conflict.

If the issue still persists after this, it could be due to a problem with the Stripe plugin itself. In this case, try reinstalling the plugin. Make sure you have the latest version installed and that it’s compatible with your version of WooCommerce.

Please ensure you have backup of your site before making any changes.

Hello, i’ve temporarily deactivated most of my plugins, except for plugins which are essential for my website to function ( wpfunnels and elementor ) and the problem still persists, i’ve also attempted to reinstall the Stripe plugin, which also didn’t fix my issue.

Thank you for sharing your SSR with us. I checked it out and all seems to be well set up. However, before we can even proceed further, I’d recommend running a full conflict test as detailed here. You can create a staging site to make the tests there and avoid ruining the design of your site.

Please try it out, only leaving WooCommerce and Stripe Payment Gateway as the only active plugins, and let us know if the issue persists.
