    Hi @medran,

Sorry for the frustration this has caused. However, please kindly understand, as it’s been explained a few times already, that theirs is the only theme that is having issues with this, so it’s out of our hands to make changes to our plugin to account for an issue it for a single theme from a third-party developer, as per our support policy.

Regarding our files, they can verify anything they need to assure compatibility in our public repository here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/.

However, if they can’t fix this, I’d like to suggest another path to move forward. Have you considered an alternative payment method for Stripe, perhaps? Would you be interested in trying our very own WooPayments? Here is a nice comparison between the Stripe plugin and WooPayments for your consideration: https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/compatibility/woopayments-vs-stripe-plugin-comparison/.

    Cheers!

    Hi again guys,

Can I ask a few questions because your test video does not seem to completely replicate the issue all of us are seeing.

I see in the video that you are using the WooPay plugin at the same time as the standard stripe plugin and I don’t see the standard card fields so its doubtful weither those themes would not show the same issue if it was used in the same way?

Also are you using the old school cart with the woocom short code or the new block editor? To replicate the issue I would recommend the following:

Only have the stripe gateway active
ensure its actually populating the card fields on the checkout
ensure LINK is enabled as this might also play a role in the bug
ensure the cart page is using the old woocom shortcode to populate the cart page not the new block editor.

    Hi @medran

Here’s a quick test with only Stripe with Credit Cards and Link, using the default cart and checkout shortcodes, and tested with Storefront, Twenty Twenty-Four, Divi and Astra:

Coupon, Credit card fields and Link all show up fine.

    I hope this helps!
