    Topic: Woocommerce stripe gateway invalid payment method in apple pay

    • I’m encountering an issue with the Apple Pay payment method. We’ve implemented the WooCommerce plugin with the Stripe payment gateway for our payment system, and we’ve correctly integrated all API keys. However, when attempting to place an order, an error message appears during payment, stating “Invalid payment method for Apple Pay.”
    • I also checked the plugin conflict issue and the fatal error issue.
    • Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

    Hello, I also have the same issue with Apple Pay payments; I receive the error “invalid payment method.” Payments with Stripe are working fine. I contacted Stripe support, and they informed me that, after checking, Apple Pay is correctly activated on the account. All plugins are up to date.

    I suggest that you start a new thread with your case, so that we don’t mix several troubleshooting sessions in one thread.

    Even if the symptoms are the same, perhaps the underlying problem is different in your case.

    Per the newer site’s System Status Report (SSR), the currently active version is 7.9.0, while the latest available is 7.9.3, at the time of writing this.

    Kindly make sure the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin is updated to its latest version available.

    From what I gather, the screenshot linked above is showcasing the Checkout page’s edit page screen. Correct, or is it otherwise?

    Could you please share an uncropped screenshot, of what appears on that screen, so that we can see what you are describing?
