Hi, This is my first E-commerce website and I seem to be having issues with the Stripe setup. I installed the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin and I keep getting the following error messages:

The “Test Publishable Key” should start with “pk_test”, enter the correct key.
The “Test Secret Key” should start with “sk_test” or “rk_test”, enter the correct key.

Even though I have told my Stripe account to use live keys?

I have done all the usual checks, deactivate plugins, cleared cache etc. nothing works.

The other issue I am having with the plugin is extra text on my product & cart pages (-OR-) in between the quantity box and the add to cart button/proceed to checkout button. (Shown in the link provided). If I deactivate the plugin, the text is no longer there.

I have tried many avenues to solve these issues with no success whatsoever. I’m hoping someone can help me.

    Many thanks
    Caroline

I think I have solved the issue of the error messages:
“Test Publishable Key” should start with “pk_test”, enter the correct key.
The “Test Secret Key” should start with “sk_test” or “rk_test”, enter the correct key.

I am however still seeing the extra (-OR-) text on my shop pages.

How did you solve this?? I have the same issue

I inputted both the test & live API keys in Woocommerce payment settings, then inputted the webhook key and saved It all.

    Hope this helps.
