We found that there are some Sub Order appear in WooCommerce > Order

    Order 1 : #25992 (Status : completed) (Product 1,2,3)
    Order 2 : #25993 Sub Order of #25992 (Status : Completed) (Product 1,2)
    Order 3 : #25994 Sub Order of #25992 (Status : Completed) (Product 3)

Order 2 /3 are the sub order of Order 1. And those products are duplicated inside.

We dont need Sub order. Just need Order 1 (Original order).
Anyone know why Sub Order 2 and 3 appear ? Is it caused by End user behavior ? Are there any suggestion to avoid the sub order (Order2/3) appear?

    Thanks a lot.

    Hi there,

WooCommerce doesn’t include a core feature to create or manage sub orders. Do you have a plugin installed that is adding in this feature?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
