Woocommerce Subcategories

    Hi Folks,

    I’m not sure whether this is the correct place to ask this question, but I’m getting desperate.

    I have been using Woocommerce with the Virtue Theme, and everything has been going well. Now, all of a sudden, certain subcategories are not showing up on my website. For instance, Category A has two subcategories and they show up fine, but Category B, which also has two subcategories, only shows the products and not subcategories.

    I’m not sure if the above makes sense, so please feel free to ask for more info.

    Thanks in advance, and I would appreciate any advice you can give.

    I have exactly the same issue, i have also Woocommerce and the Virtue Theme. My WordPress version is 3.8.1, Woocommerce 2.1.6, and Virtue Theme is version 2.1.0, I am trying to figure out the whole day, what this can be ! It is making insane he?

    I see that your post is from 3 weeks ago. Did you allready find out what the issue is? Or did you allready got an answer on this or something like that? When you know a solution, please let me know, i will appreciate that !

    Hi. I have a similar problem but I’m using the Simply theme. When I list a category my subcategory will go into it , with no problems at all. But when I list a third category or product it shows on my store page as a separate category? It adds the 3rd product or category to 1 & 2 but it also shows. Basically i would like each category to only show once clicked on so when you go to the store you see a main category. you click on that and it opens another category. you click on that and it opens the third.

    Hoping that makes sense. I’ve been trying to find a solution for almost a week now, with no luck. Can anyone tell me where I’m going wrong please? Thank you in advance.
