woocommerce submit ticket 404 issue on the myaccount menu

Hi there, hopefully someone can help here. I have added in the integration on the integrations tab for woocommerce and bsically when I click on the Submit a ticket tab my url changes to this on the woocommerce my account menu: mywebsite.com/my-account/0/ and it should be mywebsite.com/my-account/submit-ticket/

I have already gone to settings > permalinks and resaved my permalinks but that does not resolve the issue for the submitting of a ticket. It does solve the issue for viewing of the my tickets area inside woocomemrce myaccount menu but not for the submit a ticket.

Any ideas on why its showing this in the url: /0/
