I bought the plugin “WooCommerce Subscription”, but looks like doesn’t work.
I need to set up it to charge: 20% up-front and 80% after 60 days.

I sent messages and request information but, nobody can resolve the problem.
How I can ask for a refund for the purchase of this plugin.
