    Hi there @etelshop,

    I need to set up it to charge: 20% up-front and 80% after 60 days.

    I’d suggest setting the Free Trial to 2 months, after which the monthly fee will be charged.

    The “Expire After” setting will completely end the subscription after the specified time; it’s not related to the Free Trial setting.

    We have more about all this in the documentation here.

    I sent messages and request information but, nobody can resolve the problem.
    How I can ask for a refund for the purchase of this plugin.
