Woocommerce Subscription

Hi,

I have a site [that]is a medicine store. All the products are variable products and have some options like (Power: 5mg, 10mg, 15mg etc..) to each products and each variation has different prices. I want product monthly subscription by variation. I want to use woocommerce subscription plugin one of them :
1. https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/
2. https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-subscription/

But my requirement is, if any customer purchase a product with variation 5mg and take the option monthly subscription, then is it possible to get product 5mg on 1st month and 2nd month 10mg and 3rd month 15mg?

Can anyone help me for the requirement?
