Woocommerce Subscription Auto Renew doesnt change Payment Method

When using Woopayments with Woocommerce Subscriptions the Auto Renew button on My Account > Subscription toggles the payment Method between Creditcard and Manual Payment. This works well, as described here:

When using Paypal for Woocommerce the Auto Renew button does not change the Payment Method back and forth between Paypal and Manual Payment. I just checked and the functionality still works. The order/subscription is put On Hold when the Auto Renew button is off.
It would be a nice visual aid to the consumers that the Payment Method would be Manual Payment when they toggle off the Auto Renew button.
