    Hi there,

We recently updated the subscription prices for our products.

Stripe is using the new prices however Paypal is using old prices.

Is there an official way or a workaround to change the Paypal recurring prices to the latest prices in WooCommerce? (We already changed the individual subscription price attached to the customer, but Paypal is charging old prices.)

Your help is much appreciated. Thank you.

  • Hi @cuboid,

From what I understand, you’ve recently updated your subscription prices for your products and while Stripe has reflected these changes, PayPal is still charging the old prices. You’re looking for a way to update the recurring PayPal prices to match the new ones in WooCommerce, even though you’ve already updated the individual subscription price attached to the customer.

Woo Subscriptions is a premium extension, and as such, it would be best if you could reach out to us directly, provided you have a valid license for this extension. To do this, kindly head over to  ?? WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support. Please remember, that you might need to log into the account you used to purchase the extension to access this page.

I should note that according to our ?? forum guidelines, we’re unable to offer support for premium extensions through this platform. However, rest assured, that our dedicated team is eagerly waiting to assist you through the correct channel.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. We look forward to assisting you further with this matter!
