Woocommerce subscription status issues in admin dashboard

    Hi,

    I have purchased “woocommerce subscription” plugin. In admin dashboard got notification error below are the details

    Last recorded error: Unable to change subscription status to “on-hold”.

    Could you please check it and let us know solutions.

    Is this the extension your purchased? https://www.woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/

    If so you should have support available to you as this is one of our premium extensions.

    If it’s not our extension, which one is it? Do they have support for their extension? I ask because Subscription plugins can get pretty complicated and are hard to troubleshoot, which is why I would think they have support options.
