WooCommerce Subscription with Authorize.net ARB/AIM

    I have a question that I would like to ask.

    We currently have a newsletter service that we want to monetize and are looking at options:

    We have two subscription products: Annual and quarterly.

    Annual: one off payment.
    Quarterly: 4x payments throughout the year.

    My question is this… Will WooCommerce Subscription, linked up to Authorize.net as a payment gateway extension, be able to handle recurring billing options (does authorize handle that or Woo?)and is there a way to have the subscriber change their card details if needs be?

    This is answered in the docs on Subscriptions & Payment Gateways. The short answer is – Subscriptions can currently charge manual recurring payments for Authorize.net (read the doc for an explanation of that).

    Soon, an Authorize.net CIM extension will be released which supports charging automatic recurring payments (schedule is handled by Subscriptions). I believe the developer of the Authorize.net AIM extension is also adding ARB support, which can also be used for charging automatic payments, handled by Authorize.net.

    The Authorize.net CIM extension definitely has this feature.
