    Hello

Thank you for the awesome plugin, I’m trying to setup the Woocommerce Subscription.

I’ve created a test Subscription product, and paid with Credit card I’m using PayPal Payments Pro 2.0 ( PayFlow ), the first order went ok, the next renewal order does not charge automatically i have to do a manual order.

Do this plugin support the Woocommerce Subscription? if so under what pavements options?

and do i have to purchase the Recurring Billing Service from PayPal payflow in order for the plugin to work ? sorry for the all this questions because its very confusing, Woo dosn’t list this plugin as one of the workable once only the braintree.

    Kindly
    Joseph

    Hi Joseph,

Yes, this plugin supports Woo Subscriptions. You should see our gateways show up in the Woo Subscriptions gateway settings. Are you seeing that?

Is the renewal triggering and failing with an error of some sort, or is the renewal simply not triggering at all?

Hello again, and thank you so much for the quick response,

Woocommerce do create another Renewal Order, however the customer doesn’t get charge, there is no actual credit card charge. the order goes to payment pending.

I did notice that this feature was unchecked under paypal PayFlow setting “Enable Tokenized Payments” i don’t know if its related but i enabled this option.

@tzac, That setting is intended to enable the ability for buyers to save their payment method during checkout with your site so that next time they can just select that saved payment method for payment. Woo Subscriptions should not be depending on that being enabled, but please let me know if it seems to help. We’ll look into it here, too, and verify whether or not that dependency exists. I’ve created a ticket in GitHub to track this accordingly.

Do you have logging enabled in the PayFlow settings? Can you provide a copy of the log file (masked for privacy) so we can see what’s going on with the API calls?

Thank you so much for everything!!

Case closed, Its fixed now, the last steps i was missing is the paypal step to enable “Allow reference transactions” on PayPal PayFlow manager, after i set this its working like a charm.

Thank you again for the amazing Plugin and the first class customer support, you are awesome!
