    Hi!

    I have a problem: in test mode, the checkout process on my site sends both the receipt email and the account creation email. However, when I take it out of test mode and try a live transaction, I receive the receipt email but NOT the account creation email. I cannot figure out why this is happening…

    Could this mean that when the checkout is live, the account creation is not happening?

    Also, is it possible to force the user to create an account upon checkout? My thought is that if this is possible, then I wouldn’t need to worry about the account creation email being sent of not.

    If your intention is to make sure that everyone who places an order on your site has an account before they do so or while that is done, please check your website settings via WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy. Make sure that “Allow customers to place orders without an account” is unchecked and that you check “Allow customers to create an account during checkout”. Explore the rest of the options for what you need.

    If these options are already checked and everything seems in order yet there is still a problem, test with another payment gateway. Does the problem repeat itself?
