WooCommerce Subscriptions + Direct Debit + Automatic Recurring Payments

Hi!

Our plugin is compatible with WooCommerce Subscriptions. When you have this plugin activated, recurring payments (SEPA Direct Debit & Creditcard) are working.

It is indeed working with MANUAL recurring payments but it doesn’t seem to work with AUTOMATIC recurring payments. I was wondering if it was a bug on my side or a (temporary?) plugin limitation. Thank you again!

I have a “semi-approved” Mollie account for the moment (my client has to create his own). Maybe this could be the reason SEPA Direct Debit is hidden (only for AUTOMATIC recurring payments) during checkout.

Sorry to be persistent. We’re about to launch our website this week and SEPA Direct Debit still doesn’t appear as a payment method (for subscriptions). Everything else works perfectly!

We are using WooCommerce Subscriptions + Automatic Recurring Payments (no manual renewals). Should we do anything to unlock this feature?

Hi,

SEPA Direct Debit is not visible during the Checkout in WooCommerce. The customer can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, Sofort or Belfius the first time, and the next payments will be SEPA Direct Debit payments.

I am pretty sure that using SEPA Direct Debit payments is no longer possible directly via the payments screen. You should have received an email from Mollie about this around March 30th and April 25th. If you didn’t receive that, email me on [email protected] and I’ll forward the one I received to you.
