    Good Day everyone!

We have been struggling for over 3 days non stop with this project.

We want to implement a subscription based “Store” that connects to our custom made CRM. At the moment we want to have a client be able to add subscriptions (Power User, Project User, Limited User)

At the moment there is a few issues:
#1 Signup fee on Project and limited user is R17500 and Power user is R35000. If a user had a subscription of either of the above and they want to add or change to another user the once of fee is not needed anymore.

#2 When a client have a subscription for ex (3 Power Users, 2 limited users) and they want to add 2 Project users there is no way to do it because on the orders page there is not a add item to subscription plan, only (Upgrade, downgrade or cross grade) on the current 2. See screenshot:

    Any help is appreciated!!

  • Hi @devonjordaan,

From what I understand, you’re facing some challenges with your Woo Subscriptions project. It sounds like you’re trying to set up a subscription-based store that integrates with your custom CRM, and you’re encountering issues with the signup fee and adding new subscription types to existing orders.

Woo Subscriptions is a premium extension, and as such, it would be best if you could reach out to us directly, provided you have a valid license for this extension. To do this, kindly head over to  ?? WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support. Please remember, that you might need to log into the account you used to purchase the extension to access this page.

I should note that according to our ?? forum guidelines, we’re unable to offer support for premium extensions through this platform. However, rest assured, that our dedicated team is eagerly waiting to assist you through the correct channel.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. We look forward to assisting you further with this matter!
