    Hello there,

    I have a webshop where I use WooCommerce Membership, WooCommerce Subscriptions & WooCommerce PayPal Payments (1.9.4). There I sell a product on a monthly basis.
    Now it is the second month since launch. From 20 recurring orders only 2 went through, the other 18 say “payment pending”. I have an identical project on a monthly basis with another digital product, only the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugins is 1.9.3 instead of 1.9.4 – I have difficulties with troubleshooting this issue also a lot of money because of the pending orders are running away.

    Would appreciate any help!

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

    In order to help you, we would need to have a bit more details on your situation.
    We do have an issue open where orders are only getting authorized and not captured, but in those cases it is possible to manually capture the payment (from the order in WooCommerce and PayPal). Are you able to capture the payment manually?

    If this is not related, we would like to review your logs and the system report to identify if your situation might be related to an already known issue. You can copy the log files from here:
    – WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    – WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments…” in the dropdown and click on view.

    Hi there, I’ve sent you all the information through the link you sent me back then. There was no technical help provided to come to a solution.

    However, not only the plugin is very buggy and has issues especially with PayPal, the PayPal account also has to be verified for REFERENCE TRANSACTION & maybe for affiliate payouts PayPal Payouts. Both were requested on two different company structures (once in Europa, once in Asia) and both times it didn’t work out since the support via chat isn’t available or the telephone support wasn’t executing the requests and blocked the whole company account for paypal afterwards forever without clear reasons. For businesses, PayPal isn’t the optimal solution. Maybe it was years ago.
