Hi. OneSignal can be used with WooCommerce, but it requires some coding to set it up. You can follow some of the instructions here to implement OneSignal with WooCommerce and to trigger notifications to users based on different events that occur: https://github.com/OneSignal/OneSignal-WordPress-Plugin/issues/138
