We bought a fairly expensive plugin on WooCommerce.com and we are in urgent need of support, but we can’t create a ticket on WooCommerce.com because when we try to access the support page, it keeps telling us to confirm our email address even though we already did that. We tried logging out and back in as suggested, nothing changed. Tried to access the WooCommerce.com support page on different browsers, still no luck.

We are out of ideas at this point and we do urgently need the support for our purchased plugin. How can we contact WooCommerce support if we can’t actually use the support portal to create a ticket?

Thank you in advance for your help!

  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that. Could you access this page (https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/), click “I need help with my account or with a product I purchased on WooCommerce.com” -> “Need something else?” and submit a ticket?

    Hi there!

Thank you for your response! Unfortunately as I have stated above, we couldn’t use the support portal where your suggestion links to, because it kept telling us to confirm our already confirmed account. We were out of ideas, couldn’t get any support for our purchased product, so we waited – it took almost an entire week, but today we were finally able to access the support portal. Anyways, thanks!

    Hi @katatt

Good to know that you were finally able to access the support portal today. It is a bit strange why it couldn’t be possible sooner, though!

Anyways, please feel free to open a new thread if you have any other questions, and we’ll be happy to help.

    Cheers!
