    Today an error occured on my Printful account – “Last sync error: Failed! The request couldn’t process fast enough, please increase the maximum execution time on your server. If that doesn’t help, check your server error logs.”

    Woocommerce doesn’t support Legacy API and could that be the problem?

    We have run into the same issue. It’s related to WooCommerce retiring their legacy API and removing it from WooCommerce 9. Printful is still using the legacy API even though it was deprecated years ago. Printful needs to update the plugin.

    In the meantime, you can use this plugin to add the legacy API back to Woo. This solved the issue for us.

    @nathaningram I had that plugin but it has a conflict with HPOS.

    I contacted Printful support but they can’t help me. I think they don’t know if the plugin needs Legacy API or not.
