    I have nothing to do with Mangohour and I’ve never bought a license of Table Rate Shipping by Mangohour.

    Thank you for your reply. I thought as the author of the plugin you’re close to the vendor Mangohour. I like your plugin, that was the reason for buying it. But it turned out to become an odd story. But I didn’t want to involve you into it. Sorry.
