WOOCOMMERCE : Tax calculation for Quebec located online store

    Hi,

    So I just started selling online. My business is registered in QC. I sell in all Canadian provinces.

    I saw on some orders that I only apply the provincial taxes by provinces in WOOCOMMERCE, and it doesn’t charge any federal taxes. How do I add a federal tax?

    Also, should I charge tax base don customer shipping address or billing address?
