WooCommerce: Terms & Conditions link at Check Out Page

At the checkout page, it is required for the customers to check the “I’ve read the terms & conditions” box before submitting their order. However, the link that “terms & conditions” have linked to is the log out page instead of the T&C page. How do I go about fixing this problem?
Really appreciate some help here!
