WOOcommerce Theme and Plugin Eshop Issues

Hi,
I am building a woocommerce site using their plugin and their theme, Mystile. I chose this them cuz it made for ecommerce and its mobile/ipad ready.
However, these are my issues:
I want to have a Blog on the site too, and have the blog posts so up on home page.
Currently, I have a Blog page set up and put a post up and this is what shows up on Blog page and home page:
“Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.”
Can anyone send me how to set-up blog on woocommerce site.
