Woocommerce theme/Mystile footer problem

  • Dear All,

    I’ve got problem with woothemes. I’ve tried to contact them but I use free one, so I did not get an actual answer from them. I would like to ask if anybody can help me here.

    I choose mystile theme and I choose 4 footers shown. But the first one is missing. I’ve got only three footer shown on my site
    Please check and help me to correct it

    P.S. Also I have problem with fatal error sometime. Is there any suggestion to solve this? I use godaddy host.

  • Hi annjahh,
    Are you sure you have placed something in the first footer area? The code is not showing anything there. If you have, have you tried taking out whatever is there and replacing it with a text widget one like you did for the second footer – something that you know works?

    I’m not sure about the second problem, but if you have two separate problems, you should probably post them in two separate listings.
