This is a fresh install and I get this message. I saw many posts here and other forums about this message with no real resolution.

No plugins, no posts, no pages, nothing has been done to the website.

What inbox? Nothing should be accessing my inbox except me.
    Why is that happening?
    What is doing that?
How do I stop that message?

  • Hi there @mindykatzen ??

Thank you for contacting Woo support!

Woocommerce There was an error getting your inbox. Please try again.

I understand you are seeing this message on a fresh installation of WooCommerce.

Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to try creating one at a different hosting provider, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise?

Furthermore, can you please share a screenshot of what you see at that screen? That will help us understand the issue further. Here’s how to make a screenshot:

From what I gather, the Inbox in reference could be this one. Nevertheless, the message you are seeing is odd.

Additionally, I was not able to surface any such report on GitHub. Could you link to other threads here, where you say this is also mentioned, please?

Looking forward to your response! Thank you.
