Not asking for support just giving some advice.

For the past 10 months I’ve been having issues with the woocommerce integration where if adding more than a couple of variations of a product, the sync would fail.

After playing tennis with Printful and my host, I moved host and the same thing happened. Neither Printful nor my host said they were at fault.

Well I’ve just took the plunge and purchased a vps for my hosting. Set up my site and low and behold had same timeout issue. The beauty of having a vps is you have full control of the server and you can see live error logs. After looking at the error logs live while adding a new product on Printful, I saw lots of 404: GET/Purge errors all the wat through the process. After lots of googling, I decided to turn off nginx purge in wordpress under the settings tab as a guess and it immediately fixed my issue.

I’d love to know at some point why I get the 404 errors when nginx purge is on but atm I’m just glad after all this time I’ve sorted it in a fashion and I’ll be pleased if this info helps others.
